This site is deceptive; it was not clear when I arrived at the page that I was buying tickets from a reseller, I would not have purchased these had I known. It looked like a Ticketmaster company. I have visited many other resale tickets sites, usually by accident when searching for tickets, and they are clear that they are resale tickets. It did not say anything on the page I used to purchase the tickets that I was buying resale tickets. They charged $57 for $40 tickets and added a shipping fee even though they are print-at-home tickets. I contacted to company to ask about this, basically got so sorry that's the deal. Don't use this company.

Omg...never will i purchase tickets with TicketsNow ever again. Purchased the Janet Jackson tickets.

Of course everyone knows she is postponing and is allowing other venues to refund. But no not ticketsnow. If Janet says postponed...then there is no refund. She has to say the show is cancelled.

This is such BS. I want my money back!!!

I do not want to wait until 2017..for Janet to say she is going to cancel. Never again am I going to purchase tickets from TicketsNow.

Use Social Media and send to Jared Smith who heads us Ticketmaster (which owns Tickets now) to complain. His standard practice is to refund now so you go away!

I read the complaints and I can't believe that this company keeps stealing people's money year after year. Who will stop this scam!!! I am also a victim. I was entering my credit card information after selecting the tickets when I saw that they added $119 to the amount I was going to pay. I immediately clicked the back bottom to avoid being charged but instead got a confirmation of my purchase. I was shocked and immediately called the number provided but they couldn't find a record of my order. I called my credit card and explained the situation and they said that since this had just happened we had to contact the seller to void the charge. The connected me to Tickets Now and when I started telling them what happened they just hung up the phone. I had to call my credit card back and they were aware of what had just happened but said we had to call them again. This time this *** artist company suggested that the only solution would be to put the tickets back on their site and resell them for as much as I want. I did not accept their offer as this is not right. I can't believe they can get away with such a scam.

I found this TicketsNow through an ad on the Ticketmaster website, thinking it was a legitimate business I decided to purchase two tickets for Spider-Man Turn Off the Day on Sept 25th, 2012. I paid with my credit card and later I received what it looked authentic tickets for show. Unfortunately, on the date of the show, I took my wife with me only to find out the tickets were faked and that admittance to the event was denied. They couldn't let us in unless we had authentic tickets (which I had to re-purchased at entrance). The only advice was not to buy from this FRAUDELENT/RIP OFF business. The next day I contacted TicketsNow to demand full refund of my money. At first, they argued my tickets were legitimate tickets and that maybe we didn't show up for the event. I explained I had evidence of being at the show (since I had to re-purchase the tickets). So, they use a different tactic. They request copy of the evidence (which I have sent few times already) to issue the refund. It's been over a month, I've called several time and repeatedly being told by customers service representative that they'd get back to me.. They just keep giving me the runaround. At this point, I should just consult legal advice. Not only to recover my money but to prevent deceitful sham to others. This site is a complete scam. NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!!.

Purchased what was advertised as FAN PACKAGE for One Direction from this company Ticketsnow.com The package was to include a preshow/dinner and great seats. What a joke! Just write "sucker" on my face as my daughter was desperate to go to this concert we puchased this $$$$$ package thinking that this is what we were going to receive~NOPE what a joke we received 2 cheap bracelets, 2 One Direction CD that you can purchase at any Walmart and PHOTO copied Duplicated ETICKETS not hard tickets!!!! The seats were 15th row. Oh and best part of the scam is they made reservations at a food place 22mins away from the concert and hour before the concert starts. Called TicketsNow and they stated that first of all they don't have to disclose if eticket or hard ticket PLUS since this seller has a lic. to sell tickets they can create their "OWN FAN PACKAGE" How sad you think there would be a law against the scammers!!! TicketsNoW is feeding them!!!! Of coarse they got their fees and in their minds I received a FAN PACKAGE but not the actual FAN PACKAGE. So while everyone is enjoying the preparty we'll be miles away~~~ SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS to go after this company to stop consumers from getting ripped off!!!!!!!! Yes TICKETSNOW you are THE KING OF SCAM!!!!!!! BEWARE these are false tickets/packages they are selling!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep SELL your soul for daughter to see ONE DIRECTION ended up getting scammed big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! PASS THIS ON TO OTHER DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETSNOW.COM!!!!!!

Here is my experience. I live in Honk-Kong, I went online to get some tickets for a spot event taking place which takes place in 10 months time. I found 6 tickets, all the website is in $, paid... and 15 days later when I received my credit card details, I found that they charched me in USD and not HKD (which is 10 times more than expected). They actually price the ticket exactly 10 times the real price which is exactly the foreign exchange rate ! All this exactly as a trap. The confirmation email doesn't say more than $. So I call them up to explain the situation. They completly didn't care. I explained that because of the hight amount (5100 USD) I couldn't pay my rent and it is more than 1 month salary. Again they didn't care even better, they actually like the situation. When I start crying. They replied me bake "Have a nice day" and then hang up. They are completly robbery. They never said sorry, they never said they will *at least* withdraw the announce. They don't care, and they like it. I will go to the police at lease to report it. I hate them. I will have to move out of my flat because of them. I hate them.

The first problem is your living in Honk Kong, nobody alive knows that place! Secondly and more seriously don't even talk to these people call your credit card company and cancel payment, tell them how you were misled and they will do a charge back. You do not have to move out of your flat.

I WAS ON LIVENATION.COM BUYING CONCERT TICKETS AND SOMEHOW ENDED UP ON THIS *** SITE. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING THE BAND HAD SET UP. SO I PURCHASED 2 TICKETS (AT TWICE THE VALUE THEY WERE WORTH I LATER FOUND OUT). THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THE OWNERS SHOULD BE IN PRISON!!!! I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. THEY SAD SORRY NO REFUNDS AND HUNG UP ON ME! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!! AS SOME ONE WHO SPENDS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A YEAR ON CONCERT TICKETS, I CAN TELL YOU WITH CERTAINTY THAT THIS SITE IS A *** JOKE!! DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Trying to charge me for tickets that I never wanted

I started to enter information to buy tickets for a show in Washington D.C.I called my wife before buying the tickets when she told we would not be able to go. I exited the web site and got an e-mail invoice a few minutes later from TicketsNow. I called TicketsNow immediately within minutes of getting the e-mail and told them I never hit a proceed button or continue button and that I don't want these tickets. A woman there (Betty 800927****) with an Oh-Well attitude said all sales are final. I told her I hit the X at the top of there site to exit the program and that I never bought the tickets, anyway I disputed this with my credit card company we never went to the show and now they are charging me $215 for a show we never went to. This is bad business no matter how you look at it. I called them and my credit card company within minutes of the sale going through and again once my wife told me not to buy the tickets I exited out of the web site and somehow they (TicketsNow) proceeded with the sale

I purchased two tickets to a concert that was cancelled; Ticketsnow.com gave me 7 days to return tickets back in order to receive a credit for the purchase. I sent the tickets back right away in the mail thinking that they would receive the tickets by their due date. Two weeks after Ticketnow due date the tickets were "rejected" and I received them back in the mail. I called ticketsnow.com customer service and was told that I should have sent them by FedEx; there is nothing they can do to give me my money back since they did not receive before their due date.

Ticketsnow is the worst online ticket service i have ever seen. They took my money and never delivered on the tickets. i had people waiting for me to bring the game tickets and i never got them. i tried to use the number they supply to find out info and was just put in hold for hours with no one coming to the phone. i am on hold now trying to get a refund and have been hold for 20mins so far. Do not use this company!! I'm not sure if they are liget or not. Not looking good right now. STAY AWAY!!!!

It is against the law to charge you for tickets they don't intend to deliver. The whole point of their website is to deliver tickets to the consumer. I wonder about this pissedconsumer.com website.. are any of these complaints even legitimate?

Ordered playoff tickets from TicketsNow which on the front page has "guaranteed delivery or money back", tickets came the day after the game. FedEx confirms no call to attempt to deliver on game day, when I called to get money back ($1,200+) they refused to honor the guarantee. They are not reliable they first said a call was placed by FedEx,tried to deliver not true and verified. I would never use this site again and hope this stops others from using it as well. They take try to give you assurances I never would have orded with out guarantee

Seats occupied by someone else with valid tickets

Got to the Prudential Center o sept 12th with tickets purchased at 3 times the value. Got to my seats, they were occupied by 2 fans that had valid tickets issued by the Prudential Center Ticket Office. The usherette told me ticketsnow often issued tickets for seats that have been already sold to some one else. I called ticketsnow today, got disconnected the first time after explaining the whole thing, called again, had to go through the story again, the lady told me that a manager would call me in an hour, that is 4 hours ago. I will never buy from them again and I promise to tell the world how bad they are.

Same thing happened to me last night at an Orioles game. Had four tickets, but when we arrived, two of the codes had already been scanned at another entrance.

Tickets I received were Fast Ticket print-outs.

Talked to the guy in the other two seats, who had the same tickets, also from Tickets Now. Looks like individuals can sell as many copies of a ticket as they can print, and Tickets Now can simply keep your money and make you prove what they should already know -- that they double sold the tickets.
